Solar powered standalone CCTV trailer with movement detector (PIR) and security lights

This standalone trailer will not require any additional power or wiring, designed to recharge the batteries in use from the high capacity solar panel.

 

Built on a 500kg Caddy trailer, Teklite turnable telescopic mast with air compressor mounted, about 2m retracted, 4m extended.

 

CCTV system:

 

4 HD cameras providing 360 degree view, 128GB recorder with live view and GPS positioning. 24 hour recording, upon movement detection the remote surveillance center notified (and pictures / videos uploaded).

 

Movement detection and lights:

 

Pyronix outdoor PIR movement detector up to 12m (dual-vision pet-immune). Programmable timer switch to enable NightAngel LED floodlights when movement is detected.

 

Electrical setup:

 

The system was designed and overspecified by more than 150% to provide enough power during winter months too.

 

  • 295W solar panel and charger with bluetooth connectivity.
  • 150AH LiFePO4 Lithium battery to supply electronics only.
  • 96AH battery (charged from solar) to supply mast air compressor only.
  • Air compressor for mast, timer and seperate isolation switches for mast and electronics (CCTV, lights etc.).

 

Accessories:

 

  • Victron 30A mains charger connected with outdoor 15m mains lead to enable mains charging if required
  • Rain / dust covers (for transportation and storage)
  • Heavy duty wheel-lock
